I think Taiwanese are really happy because there is a lot of delicious food can be tasted. Because Taiwan is surrounded by sea, there is also a lot of strange food in Taiwan such as Mexican food, Korean food, and so on. Because of the superior location, Taiwanese people can taste the food of other countries without going abroad. Just take a car, even walk for minutes, people can eat the strange food whenever they want to. Taiwanese are happy, aren’t it?

Taiwan have very many special foods. They are differential in this world. For example, the animals’ giblets often are thought is delicious foods by Chinese. However, there are foreigners don’t like them.
By the way. I very like eating tofu. It is also a famous Chinese food. Tofu is produced by beans. It’s flavor is very good let me want to eat it every week.

There are more strange food in Taiwan created other people who live in other countries such as stinky tofu, chicken feet, a century eggs(one hundred years of eggs). Foreign people think those food taste strange or do not understand their manufacturing manners. Therefore, they feel those food strange. Likewise, in the lecture, it talks about “brain” and “insect”. When I listen to the lecture, I alway think of a movie whose name is ” The palace legend of the demon”. In the movie, India aborigines eat ” monkey brain”. I see India aborigines open monkey forehead, and they taste monkey blood like jelly.( The monkey brain is frozen before they eat). Maybe they get nutrition by eating these. The phenomenon is like what happens in the South America or Africa where people eat insect. They think insect can give them protein. I think some factors affect them like poverty. However, those people create new aspects with food for us.

Taiwan have many kinds of foods because of it location and history. Some of food is special but maybe we think it’s normal and noting special.Acturally , the Taiwan’s food is very character.
We all need having food , but I have not enough courage to try strange food I ever eat before.

Chinese lay emphasis on diet and have special cooking culture. The food we eat maybe look strange for foreigners but we think tasty. I think people should give a try to eat the food you feel strange and find the answer why same people like the food.I have a unforgettable experinece that I think sashimi is stange before but sinnce I try to eat sashimi, I change my mind and like this food. So take your courage to eat the food you think strange, maybe you will love it!

Taiwan have many delicious foods that we can to eat. But I consider of that vegetables and the meat all want to take is healthiest. I once ate the live octopus and it is special for me.

About the content , we can know very much thing . In my hometown, there are very kind of food . I like to taste differant food .My mon also Like to test oher kinds meats . So I can accept exotic favor .

When I was child ,I don’t like eat meat . I like eat vegetable. I still don’t like eat meat now.
