Our English multi-media weblog here was named iTalkshow Zone (Website: http://ttsh.tp.edu.tw/engblog), through which the following hypotheses and goals are to be examined if achieved effectively.  Since the weblog acts as a teaching platform, the construction of the platform should be based on the following hypotheses: In the platform, we adopt

A. communicative approach in English learning and teaching;

B. a student-centered learning mode to convert the role of a student from   the traditional acceptors into the participant and constructor;

C. an innovative infusion of digital tech into teaching with the aid of high tech to motivate students to learn more;

D. cooperative learning to conduct the interaction between teachers and students and peers. Six goals are to be examined if achieved fully as follows.  By utilizing the platform, we hope toA. construct a new teaching mode, student-centered;

C. conduct teacher action research;

D. conduct cooperative learning within a subject, across subjects and schools;

E. develop multi-wisdom by employing a high-tech platform;

F. promote teaching infused with digital tech, through which students can create, express, communicate and share what they have learned;

G. form paradigm shift for a network platform and then make teaching more effectively.
